I was wrong, i admit it...

After the 1st 2 songs of their 1st set, Crappie & i was already half wishing that Budak was singing instead. KE's rattling on & high-ended jokes makes the show seem like ages. Thankfully the show ended 11/2 hr later. Yay, Crappie agreed with me abt their super high-ended jokes that Mike's funnily intellectual jokes seems better. At least, it's human understanding. Yup, i now "appreciate" him even more, ;). Unsurprisingly abt 1/4 of the audience went off aft 1st half.... all becos they can't hold a cafe performance at all. Their stage presence is only good in concert halls or maybe recital studios. Danny who was adjusting the sound system seemed a little lost at being subjected to such a blah-blah kinda performance

KE was supposed to be a jazz grp but there's this song who was just made up of vowel sounds which doesn't take well with the audience will. Well, i'm ok but.... As Pearly & her fren, me sat in Danny's car on our way to supper, we were also talking abt KE's performance at blue Moo. I agree with what Pearly said: KE were unsuiatble for such a cafe setting. As Danny commented in the car, KE sang in ala school-choir style . At each change of song, they either said that the next song is sung by who&who or who&who arranged this song. Frankly, i cant even rmb any one of the songs they sang ystd !

After last nite, Eug, Crappie & me & a few others were "missing" Budak. I felt they ended the performance. It's just singing out of obligation. And yes, there were ppl who asked at the booth for Budak even before & after the whole performance. So i jokingly told them to petition. I think Budak will be back in Sept before the juices ferment, keke... Can't wait !! Really miss u guys, Budak. So poor Crappie & i + others had 2b satisfied seeing 1/5 of Budak = Danny.

What possessed me to have such a title ? Yes, i thot of Budak's Fann's Song aft watching KE at blue Moo last nite. Yeah, this is one of my random butchering of Budak's songs.....
