Ode to Ah Ma

Just 3 days ago Ah Ma had gone to the place where all the saints live with the Father - heaven.Though i was sad and was in the daze for the past 3 days, i felt glad that Ah Ma no longer suffer the agony of the final stages of colon cancer. As during the wake, i just couldn't talk about Ah Ma in public so I decided to write an "Ode To Ah Ma" here.

for the best chicken curry I ever have and your tasty "sharks skin" during CNY

for remembering that i love only chicken wings

remembering all my favorite food better than my mum

always buying food for me when i was much younger

putting your love and heart into your cooking for me

For babysitting me when i was a kid

Saying words of advice through the phone

nagging me sometimes

your incessant prayers for me to do well

I'll miss you always in my heart
