Ystd was a pretty good day where i had lunch. Actually i wanted to bail out on the blue Moo lunch as i was really tired (2 super late nites on 30 & 31 Dec 2005 = hangover)and my stomach wasn't feeling too great (must be the KFC dinner that i had the nite b4...)
Thankfully i didn't. Met up with Joe & Liselle. Fuzzy wuzzy fuddy duddy... can't rmb as my brain cells are haywired, 2b exact... ok, 2 big tables. I'm terrible with big crowd people becos my brains alws go la-la land & i dun feel comfortable most times. So i crap a lot. Cool, 1st time, i actually ate my fave 'hum' raw' & it taste sooo much better as Dennis (one of the BM helpers)said...
Yup, i enjoyed the lunch as we actually talked abt the weirdest food that we ate. Dennis mentioned abt the big white maggot in Sarawak. When he mentioned that, i was reminded of this scene of Charle & the choc factory, where Johnny Depp's Willy Wonka had to eat this bowl of slugs, bugs & maggot concoction. Danny who was sitting beside shared abt him cringing at this chopped-up octopus which was still wiggling on the hot plate when he went with a client to Korea. There's also wrapping of the fish head and the fish could be seen gaping after it was cooked. Wow, cool ! Singapore fear factor ! Haha....
Too much food ! My stomach did a lurch at the amount of food swimming in the pot. Didn't eat much anyway... After lunch, I had to rush (as usual !) to my classmate's' house to do project & slog the day away. Ended pretty late around 7p.m and i reached home almost 9p.m to have my dinner. Well, so much for a public holiday !
