Wo 3 zai4 tou1 lan3...

Ystd was rather stagnant but relaxing... Stagnant as in doing reports but relaxing as in i took a breather from the work to travel all the way to Jxn 8 to watch Budak perf for Mercy Relief.

It was really a small event or shld i say super small? Becos not much ppl was there & there were about less than 50 seats in the middle of e place. Makes me wonder if ppl was aware of this event. But even as more ppl came in, it was still not as crowded. Budak sang their 3 "getai" (Chinese opera stage) songs - No matter what, Abba & Yi bei cha. It's kinda weird 4 me to see Mike blowing the pitchpipe & Danny w/o the guitar instead of the usual tuning from Danny playing the guitar. Their slot lasted only about 10 mins or so.

Well, before watching the event Lis & i shopped for Gordon's present. Well, we've tried to find Dilbert or Superman but boy, both figures were yet to be found, we gave up & decided on a book of humor in Life bookshop. Frankly, i'm not too fond of that bookshop in term of selection of Christian contemporary music & pricing (most ex among the 3 well-known Christian bookshops - Trumpet Praise, Mt Zion). I like Trumpet Praise becos i can get my "supplies" there & can i safely say i hv a membership discount card? It's lifetime somemore...

Went over to meet Weijie as i didn't want to go home so early. We talked a lot of music stuff as voicing, music tastes and the like. WJ like the Abba ring ringtone on my hp and i transferred it to his hp thru bluetooth & hey, we were chucklling like mad when we re-hear the ringtone, haha... Yay, i managed to get Tic Tac Tone's Shanghai Tan" too from him! We even listen to his voice lesson recorded on his mp3. I like the way his voice teacher teaches. Ya, i want to go for vocal lessons under her to learn the basic techniques but now is not the right timing...
