Hat..shopped

Maybe my post title sounds weird or even offbeat. But there's a reason for it...
Well, i went lunching cum shopping with my mum today. Took a day off or rather many days off, hehe !

My parents & i went to Fortune Ctr to eat this famous bak chor me or minced meat noodles which i thot couldn't compare with the $5-6/bowl @ Marina Sq hawker ctr which is the BEST in my years of eating bak chor mee ! Plus a super potent but fragrant cup of kopi ! Afterward, my dad parted ways with my mum & i & we both went to Dynasty travel to pay up for our upcoming Hokkaido trip.

I was reading the itinery and hot spring baths were part of the package, yippee ! Really @@ fwd to soaking in the hot springs ! The tour agent even said that Sapporo are famous for their melon products esp melon Kit Kats. Frankly, i @@ fwd to eating the authentic Japanese food esp sashimi (the real McCoy!) there. Furthermore it'll be v cold there. The weather can reach up to 0 degrees Celsius in the day & - 2 degrees Celsius in the night. It's still winter season in Mar and spring only comes in May, burrr...

After settling the payment, Mum & i went to Rochor hawker to have the v famous beancurd dessert but to our disappointment, it was sold out ! We then proceeded to OG to look @ some winter clothing. While Mum was browsing through the winter clothing, i went to the shelf of hats.

I tried 1 hat after another in front of the mirror. Guess what? The hats i've tried gave me all sorts of looks.
  1. beggar look.
  2. xiao zha bor look.
  3. cancer patient look.
  4. robber look (my sis said that i looked like that when i went to Beijing a few years ago with my family.)
  5. curry puff look (the hat was quite puffy on top with tons of space)
  6. elongated head look

Haha, i have a chameleon head, ya?+ a big head (literally!) ;D ! Then... from OG, we "moved" to Bugis Junction then to East point & this is what we got from our shopping spree..

  1. a big winter hat
  2. 2 turtle necks
  3. a blue-white tanktop
  4. a khaki 3/4 pants
  5. honey roast chicken
  6. sushi & vinegared ginger
  7. boursin (yummy cheese brand!)
  8. veggies

I realised that i haven't shopping for quite a while and i still feel the same way about shopping. I can't shop for 3 hours ! I started feeling edgy and restless after an hour of shopping. I'm the see- fast, get-fast, shop-fast kinda person. It was on the MRT trian on our way home that my mum decided to stop at Simei get more veggies @ NTUC while i wanted to get my pens because my sis always take my pens and they run out of ink fast...

Well, that's my day for today. To the day of slacking, hahaha...lolx ! Finally...
