Scene @ blue Moo 10 Feb...

Last Friday... another wet & blue MOOny day ! Haha, juz like the last time i helped out @ blue Moo... Crazy to slog it out in the rain but hey, FUN ! Reached the place around 5p.m (rushed there by cabby !) & the place is almost arranged but then... tian1 bu4 zuo1 mei3 !

Upon reaching there, 70 % of the chairs were arranged then met Lis' Vietnamese classmate Hang. Quite a sweet girl. Halfway thru arranging, the sky decided to cry (it means rain, u doofus !). Oh, Mike, Lis & I chatted abt Mike's super pinky phone. Recalling e Mercy Relief event, my eyes almost prob popped out. Mike wore a pink shirt to match his pinky phone. I was super horrified & feel a little 'ku1 xiao4 bu4 de2'.

It didn't stop raining till 7p.m. The guests had to wait OT as we were busy wiping seats. Guess what ? Gordon & Joe & Mike helped to wipe chairs too ! Ok, i digess alr... It felt weird seeing the 3 Budaks wiping the chairs. Maybe i'm just unused seeing guys wiping chairs or anything for that matter. Esp my dad who never lift a finger to do household chores. Lazy, lazy, LAZY !

Yay, I missed hearing Wo Shi Zhen De Fu Chu Wo De Ai ! Gordon still sounded so GOOD as ever in that song ! There's this song Reach (i think it's sung by Gloria Estefan as mentioned by Joe) which i thought the choreo which suspiciously looked like our "S'pore workout" + a short Wong Fei Hung ditty was super hilarious. Love the song to bits! I got to hear my new faves such as Bukan Cinta Biasa, Lovers' Tears... To my amused horror or horrified amusement, they sang Pedro's Song again! Aargh, I defenitely have a PedroSongaphobia now!

Another record broken for Kak who sang lead for Girl from Ipanema, Stalker song ! Our dear funny male sop Gordon kept on making funny sounds & joking around dat Kaks almost couldn't sing properly. Btw, he really improved in the humor department esp so for Abba, Kudos, Kaks !

I think Danny got the weirdest present from Lis & myself, haha ! Oh, u wouldn't believe what we got him, hehe ! Well, It seems to me that No Matter What got the loudest applause despite the fact that it was sung like dunno how many times as Gordon pointed out. But then it still sound good as ever lah... k, i can only recall up till here. If i forgot any part, juz tag me, k?
